Yet Another Restart

So I have decided that doing another restart of the website is probably the best thing to do. Since it appears that my ability to keep the site up to date isn't all that great, might as well delete the previous posts so that it makes it look like I have been keeping the site updated. Whether it works or not, but I guess it is worth a shot. I mean, it couldn't possibly make things any worse, could it? It's not like I have a great track record of keeping the site updated to ruin.

Anywho, I haven't had a lot to really talk about lately and I figure if there's nothing to post on the site, why waste your time reading it? I am still actively trying to get hired full time as a police officer. I do have a few leads, but with the budget issues a lot of departments are facing, I'm not getting my hopes up too much. Working for the Marion County Sheriff's Department, I completely understand that if the money isn't there to spend, then there's no hope trying to spend it. So my best opportunity is to not be closed minded about where to apply. The more departments that I apply too the better my chances are that I will get hired. I have my application in with the Indiana State Police, as well as the Marion County Sheriff's Department. I might work for them now, but I am just a civilian employee and would love the opportunity to go through our academy and be an Deputy. I am also sending in applications to various other departments around the area, including the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department, Noblesville Police Department, Fishers Police Department, Carmel Police Department, and the Westfield Police Department.

I will continue to send in applications and work at getting myself in shape to be able to pass the physical agility tests. Even if nothing happens with the applications this time around, atleast I will have myself in better shape and be healthier. So not all of it will be a downer.
